Red Raspberry Leaf

Used by Indigenous people's for thousands of years as a uterine tonic- the leaves of the raspberry plant are high in alkaloids called Fragrine- which help tone and strengthen the uterine wall, helping with healthy menstruation, pregnancies, and post birth healing.

Oatstraw

The Ritual

Steep 2 teaspoons of tea per 8oz. of hot water. for best results, brew in a closed vessel + steep for a minimum of 15 minutes.
