The Ritual

Put a 'smidgen' approx 1/8 tsp (packed and leveled for an accurate dose) for beginners. You may work your way up to a 1/4tsp over the first several doses. Put into coffees, teas, smoothies, and elixirs.

We recommend the James Fadiman methodology of dosing- only dose every three days (for example, Wednesday's and Saturdays) and take a two to four week break between cycles.

Each bottle contains 30 doses, lasting you approximately 1.5 months at the 1/4tsp (100mg) dose.
