Nettle Seeds

Nettle Seeds are said to contain all of the potent life force of the robust Stinging Nettle Plant. The seeds are actually the most nutritious part of the plant, containing high amounts of iron, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, calcium and magnesium. Nettle seed is considered a Western adaptogen herb that supports the adrenal glands and endocrine system, making this a potent tonic remedy for those with fatigue, adrenal exhaustion, and burn out.

Ashwagandha

Ashwagandha is best known for its stress relieving properties. This esteemed plant has many clinical studies showing its effects on cortisol regulation, blood sugar balance, inflammation alleviation (and so many other incredible benefits!). In my practice, I find Ashwagandha has an immediate calming effect on mental activity, perfect for those who struggle for mental stress and anxiety.


The Ritual

Dispense 1ml (30 drops) under the tongue or diluted into water, up to 3x daily or whenever you need a gentle energy boost.

We highly recommend taking this remedy in the morning or afternoon, as some folks may find this tincture slightly too stimulating within the first few hours before bed.
