Shipping policy
We offer complimentary shipping over $150 to Canadian addresses and are proud to utilize a female-owned courier and warehousing company here in Edmonton. Once your order placed, your order may take 1-6 days to process.
Once your order is shipped, you will be sent a tracking number with the approximate date of arrival if your order is shipped via Canada Post.
Please note, if you live within the city of Edmonton, Sherwood Park. St. Albert, or Spruce Grove, you will not receive a tracking number as your order is hand delivered by our team of local couriers.
We do not offer local pick up.
For orders under $150, we offer flat rate shipping rates, with price depending on location:
- Canada: $15
- United States: $25 (does not qualify for free shipping)
- International: $30 (does not qualify for free shipping)
